      What is it?

      At RS we want you to be entirely happy and satisfied with everything you buy from us. That's why we offer our returns guarantee.

      If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date you received it, and we'll replace it or credit your account.

      What do I need to do?

      • Go to my account
      • Select the relevant order from your order history
      • Choose the product you wish to return from the list by clicking the ‘Return a product’ button.

      Where do I send the items I want to return?

      Please make sure the items are replaced in their original packaging and then packed securely and clearly labelled to: Product Inspection Office, Radionics Ltd, Glenview Industrial Estate, Herberton Road, Rialto, Dublin 12.

      For terms and conditions, please see Section 11 'Returns and handling charge' in our conditions of sale. It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).
