Finding Products

How do I search for a product?

Simple. You can do this in several ways:

Step 1:

If you know the stock number or manufacturer's part number, type it into Find by the RS logo on the top left-hand side. You’ll be taken straight to the product.

Don’t know all of the part number? No problem. Type in what you do know and our search should find what you need. You can also search with one or more keywords, or a manufacturer's name.

Step 2:

Once you’ve found what you want, click and you’ll go to the product page. You’ll see a photo of the product, along with information such as specification, price, technical details, etc.

Please note: not all product pages have all of these elements.

Step 3:

Once you’re satisfied, click Add to Order.

How do I browse for a product?

It couldn’t be easier. To browse a product, start on our homepage:

The four product categories feature at the top of the page. Click the area you’re interested in.

Step 2:

Products will appear on the results page. From there you can click to see only those items with the features you want.

Step 3:

Click the product you’re interested in and you’ll go to the product page. You’ll see a photo of the product, along with information such as specification, price, technical details, etc.

Step 4:

Once you’re satisfied, click Add to Order.

How do I compare multiple products

You can now compare up to 8 products whilst you search and browse your products or select the compare button at the product page.
You can compare your products by selecting 'Compare' which is next to each product. Once you have selected your products you wish to compare, click 'Compare selected'. You will then see your selected products in compare view where you can view data sheets, check stock, add to basket or remove item.
