Registration
Registering with RS is quick and easy. It gives you access to a whole host of features and benefits, including the ability to buy online, track your parcels and view multi-channel order history.
How do I register online?
It’s simple. There are two options. Just follow the quick steps below.
Option 1:
Step 1: Click on the 'Register/ Log in' link in the top right-hand corner of any page of our site.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and follow the instructions. If you are not registered online but have an existing account with RS, simply add your account number on the registration page to access your existing account benefits online.
If you wish to place an order as a guest user, use option 2.
Option 2:
You can also register within the ordering process by following these steps:
Once you have built your basket of products, you will be asked to login as an existing customer or as a guest. By choosing guest and enter your email address you can place a quick purchase.
Step 1: You will proceed to the delivery page; here enter your delivery address and contact details
Step 2: Proceed to enter your payment details, and your invoice address. You can choose to send your invoice to a different address.
Step 3:Review page: Here you will have your final opportunity to view a full review of your order before placing it with us.
Step 4: Order placed: Finally, you will see confirmation of the order you have placed and your unique order reference.
Step 5: Once you have completed your purchase, become a fully registered customer by creating your username and password to register for your online account.
Your unique account number will be emailed to you and can access all the features of an online account with RS, such as parcel tracking, copy invoice, forward ordering and much more.

Why was I asked if I’ve registered before?
We already have a user with the same email address as you. If you’ve registered in the past but cannot remember your username or password, don’t re-register. If you already have an Order History and have built Parts Lists, you’ll lose these.
Instead, let us remind you of your username or password. Go to the 'My Account' tab, then within ‘My profile’ at the top left of the page and click on Forgotten your username/password?
If you haven’t registered before, tick the box and continue.
How do I register against my existing account number?
Simply follow these steps:
Step 1:
Click on 'Register / Log in' at the top right-hand corner on any page.
Step 2:
Within the ‘Registration’ section, click on the red 'Register' button.
Step 3:
Go to ‘Existing RS account customer’ and complete the requested information. To take you there click
