We offer a highly flexible ordering service that lets you place orders however suits you best:
• Online: A fast, flexible, convenient way to order products from RS which gives you access to over 500,000 products through our website. Provides instant, accurate, real-time information on the latest prices, stock availability and new products and includes a range of tools to help you manage your information clearly and simply – including copy invoicing, saved lists and order history
• By phone: Service from a friendly local customer services team to make sure you get the products you want. Call us on 01 415 3100
• By email: We aim to have your order processed same day. Email us at orders.ie@rs-components.com
• In person at our Trade Counter: you can order Dublin Trade Counter.
Ways to Pay
You can pay by RS credit account, cheque, credit or debit cards, corporate purchasing cards, or cash (trade counters only).
Whichever way you choose to order or pay, you can have your own customer reference number, which will appear on all documents, plus an RS order reference number so you can track your order's progress.
