Evaluation Board for ADF41xxBRUZ PLL Frequency Synthesizer

The EV-ADF411XSD1Z, from Analog Devices, is an evaluation board for the ADF41xxBRUZ family of PLL frequency synthesizers. It is a general purpose evaluation board which enables the user to evaluate the performance of the ADF41xxBRUZ devices. With the SDP-S controller, the user is able to programme the software of the PLL frequency synthesizer. The board contains footprints for the ADF41xxBRUZ device (16-Pin TSSOP package), the power supplies, a TCXO reference, and an RF output. Footprints are also available for the passive PLL loop filter components, a VCO, and an external reference SMA input. The ADF41XXBRUZ, T-package VCO, and loop filter components should be inserted on the board before evaluation setup. The EV-ADF411XSD1Z evaluation board also requires a PC running Windows XP or a more recent version.
