3M™ Scotch Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP190 is a two part, rigid epoxy adhesive that delivers an exceptional performance with high shear and peel strength. It bonds to a wide range of materials such as metals, ceramics, wood, fibreboard, glass, rubber and plastics. DP190 is easy to use, but provides tough, strong bonds with high shear and peel strength.

The 3M DP190 is high flow, versatile adhesive for general purpose bonding. It’s has a low viscosity and clear formulation, which allows a variety of materials including metals, ceramics, plastics and wood. It delivers strong and rigid adhesion making it ideal for various applications.

The mix ratio of the DP190 Epoxy Resin is 1:1 for a quick dispensing and with an 80 minute working time, so this epoxy adhesive allows for an extended period of time for repositioning of parts. The adhesive reaches handling strength after approximately 10 hours and is fully cured in 14 days.
