When are eyewash stations required?

It is important to ensure that you have eye washing facilities within a working environment, it is for the health and safety for all of those in the area.

A little more information

Sterile Eyewash has been designed to be an alternative to clean running water when a first aid situation happens, it is intended for only one use. If the bottle and the contents were to be re-used, it would mean that the eye wash was no longer sterile and could pose a risk of infection. For the health and safety of people the eye wash bottles have been designed to not be resealed, once used, any remaining fluid should be thrown away. Replacement Eyewash Station Bottles - 562-873
