Si8239x Digitally Isolated Drivers, Silicon Labs

Combining two isolated drivers with either an independent input control or a single input for high power applications. All operate with a 2.5 V input VDD and a maximum drive supply voltage of 24 V. Perfect for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs supporting up to 5 kVrms withstand voltage.

They have high CMTI (100 kV/μs), low propagation delays, low skew and reduced variation with temperature, age and part to part. An output UVLO fault detection and feedback offers automatic shutdown of both drivers.

All supplied in a 16-Pin Wide SOIC package with an isolation rating of 5 kVrms.
