Tektronix TPS2000B Series

The TPS2000B Series with IsolatedChannel™ technology provides isolation from ground and isolation between channels, enabling users to take measurements with less worry about damaging circuitry. Applications include advanced electronics and industrial power (design, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance), automotive design & test and education. Battery power comes as standard, making the TPS2000B a natural choice for field applications.
