RS PRO Beige PolyEtherEtherKetone PEEK Rod, 300 mm x 20 mm Diameter

This PolyEtherEtherKetone (PEEK) rod from RS PRO withstands a range of extreme environments to ensure your hardware keeps working safely and effectively. It's often used for fabricating parts in industrial settings involving large amounts of wear and strain.
The glass-fibre material offers high dimensional stability, meaning it's built to withstand vibrations, pressure and tension. It's rigid too, so it will keep its shape even under long-term stress. Its hydrolysis resistance means it won't degrade even when in contact with superheated steam. The material is also a good electrical insulator, so it won't interfere with nearby circuitry or powered equipment.
The rod has an Underwriters Laboratories flammability rating of UL 94 V-0, meaning any drops of molten plastic won't be in flames. You can use this rod in a range of demanding applications, including as parts of a plug or as a thermal or electrical insulator.
