Window Lift Reference Design with Embedded Power IC

The Infineon reference design for window lift application and it is capable to drive 12V BDC motors up to 200W. It combines Infineon's grade 0 technologies using the MOTIX TLE9855QX (MOTIX Embedded Power IC, VQFN-48) with the IPZ40N04S5-3R1 (OptiMOS-5 40V MOSFET in S3O8 package) and the TLE4966G (Double Hall-effect sensor in TSOP6 package).
