Evaluation Board for HMC321ALP4E SP8T Switch

An evaluation board from Analog Devices allowing assessment of the HMC321ALP4E SP8T switch. This device is a broadband non-reflective SP8T switch utilising GaAs technology in a low-cost leadless SMT package. The switch features high isolation and low insertion loss, and is suitable for use from DC up to 8GHz. An integrated binary decoder allows 3-line switch control via 5V logic inputs. The evaluation PCB includes nine SMA RF connectors and five pins for the supply and control connections; the control lines use positive voltage logic
