Tapered Roller Bearings

FAG by Schaeffler tapered roller bearings feature a high radial and axial load carrying capacity and a large usable speed range. They are efficient at supporting forces and ensure a precise and rigid shaft guidance system due to the large effective distance between the bearings. They are adjustable, can be dismantled, and are therefore easy to fit.

Features and Benefits

• Increase in dynamic load ratings of up to 20% • Lower operating costs
• Reduced maintenance due to improved lubrication
• Lower heat generation
• Less noise
• Operating temperature: -30 °C to +120 °C

Product Application Information

Tapered roller bearings can support axial loads from one direction and high radial loads. They are normally axially adjusted against another bearing fitted in a mirror image arrangement.

Suffixes

A - Modified internal construction X - External dimensions matched to international standards
