Introducing the RS PRO Oil Spill Absorbent Pads, suitable for use in cleaning up oils and oil-based fluids. These white absorbent pads are only designed to clean up oil spills and follow the industry-standard guidelines of cleaning up oil spills, preventing harm to the environment and to the industry. They are ideal for use in a wide range of environments where oils or oil-based liquids are present and are also designed to be hydrophobic, making them versatile but essential to have available as a part of your spill kit.

Applications:

What do the colours in spill control mean?
- Black / Grey – Absorbs any liquids excluding any aggressive chemicals, for example, coolant
- White – Oil spills only including oil-based liquids like fuel
- Yellow – Absorbs any liquids and can be used for cleaning aggressive chemical spills
What does hydrophobic mean?
Hydrophobic means that the product has material properties that repel water. This is ideal, especially when using white spill absorbents that are only intended for the clean-up of oil-only liquids as water will not be absorbed and the pad can also float in water.
