DS1775 Digital Thermometer & Thermostat

The DS1775 is a temperature-to-digital converter with an over/under-temperature alarm output. Applications include PCs, mobile phones, office equipment and data loggers.

Measurement temperature range: -55 to +125°C
Accuracy: ±2°C from -10 to +85°C
Programmable resolution from 9 to 12 bits
Conversion Time (Max): 187.5ms (9-bit), 1500ms (12-bit)
Shutdown mode
Communication: Serial I²C bus
Power supply: +2.7V to +5.5Vdc
5-pin SOT23 package
