MAX6576/6577 Temperature Sensors with Period/Frequency Output

The MAX6576/6577 Temperature Sensors convert ambient temperature into a square wave with a period proportional (MAX6576) or a frequency proportional (MAX6577) to absolute temperature.

Typical applications include mobile phones, networking and telecommunications equipment, medical equipment, hard drives, battery packs, hard drives, portable battery-powered equipment and critical μP and μC temperature monitoring..
