ntroducing the thermal conductive compound syringe from our trusted and reliable own brand RS PRO, a high quality paste, perfect for the thermal coupling of electrical and electronic components, or between any surface where thermal conductivity or heat dissipation is vital. The RS PRO 35 ml thermal transfer paste syringe features a base of synthetic fluids with no silicone, reducing the risk of contamination. This low toxic, thermal compound has a wide operating range with excellent conductive properties, making it an ideal product for use with a range of applications.

How to apply

Apply a thin film, to the base and mounting studs of many component types including diodes, transistors, thyristors, heatsinks, silicone rectifiers, semiconductors, thermostats, power resistors and radiators. Heat transfer compounds can be applied using a variety of methods including, screen printing, brushing and by the use of a roller.
