Product Details
The NUP1128 has been designed to protect both LIN transceivers from ESD and other harmful transient voltage events. These devices provide bidirectional protection for each data line with a single compact SC−70 (SOT−323) or SOD−323 package, giving the system designer a low cost option for improving system reliability. With its +175°C TJ(MAX) rating, this device is suitable for high temperature, mission critical applications.
