    How do I start a return?

    If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products in line with our terms and conditions.

    What do I need to do?

    Before you return your items to us, you will need to obtain a RS Returns Reference number, which should be clearly marked on your delivery.

    How do I obtain an RS Returns Reference number?

    If you have an RS online account:

    • Log into your Online account
    • Go to the my account section and select ‘Returns Enquiry’
    • Enter the relevant details for your Return
    • Submit the Return

    You will be provided with a Returns Reference number which should be used for returning your items

    If you do not have an RS online account:

    • Please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to provide you with a Returns Reference number.

    Where do I send the items I want to return?

    Please make sure the items are replaced in their original packaging and then packed securely and clearly labelled to:

    Returns Department,
    Radionics Ltd,
    Glenview Industrial Estate,
    Herberton Road,
    Rialto,
    Dublin 12

    It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).

    Please note we endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed.

    All correspondence relating to products returned must be in writing by email, returns.ie@rs.rsgroup.com or by mail to the address above.
