Steps to continue to receive our Notifications emails…

To ensure that you don’t miss our notification emails (including Order Confirmation emails), please add no-reply@service.rs-online.com to your Safe Sender list.
The Safe Senders List is a list of all email addresses you would like to receive email from without impediment. It prevents real email from being marked as spam.

The most common ways to whitelist an email address is by adding it to the address book, white list or safe list in the email application. Below you can find detailed information about how to do this in the main email clients:

Adding us to your Gmail Contacts List:

• Get to the contacts page by clicking the “Apps” icon in the upper right corner of the Gmail inbox.
• Then Click “Create Contact”.
• Copy and paste no-reply@service.rs-online.com into the email address dialog box.
• Click “Save”.

• On the “Home” tab, click “Junk”, and then click “Junk E-mail Options”.
• On the “Safe Senders” tab, check the Automatically add no-reply@service.rs-online.com to the Safe Senders List box.

Seting up a filter to our email address in your Yahoo inbox:

• Open your mailbox and click on “Settings” (upper right-hand corner).
• Select “More Settings” and then the “Filters” tab.
• Select “Add New Filter” and enter no-reply@service.rs-online.com in “Filter” Name.
• In the pull-down menu for "Move the message to“, choose "Inbox".
• Click “Save”.
