Parcel Tracking
Track your order in three ways
- By using your RS Reference number
- From your Order History
Login and go to 'My Account' and click on 'Order History'. Once you are there, click on the order you wish to track
You can also track an order by going into your 'My Account' area and selecting the 'Quick links' tab and choose 'track'.
Order Status Notifications:
You will see five different order status notifications.
- Order Generated: Your order has been received and is in our system.
- Ready for despatch: Your order has been packed and is awaiting pickup.
- Partially ready for despatch: Part of your order has been packed and is awaiting pickup.
- With Carrier : Your order has left our warehouse and is currently on its way to you.
- Invoiced: Your order has been completed and delivered.
Couriers that RS uses
RS currently uses a combination of our own in house van drivers and DPD courier service. Our van delivery service delivers
orders to our account customer in the Dublin area and DPD deliver countrywide.
We currently cannot track any global range products.
