The connector comes with an IP67 rating, which means it can withstand dusty, dirty and sandy conditions as well as immersion in water up to a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes, making it suitable for marine applications. The copper-alloy contacts are gold plated to ensure excellent resistance to corrosion and rust. Part of the RS PRO series, this product is stringently tested for quality.
