Vishay VSLY3850 Series IR Emitting Diodes

Vishay Semiconductors' VSLY3850 Infrared (IR) emitting diodes are in the standard T-1 (3mm) package. They have a clear untinted plastic package. Suitable applications for the VSLY3850 IR LEDs include; IR radiation source for CMOS cameras, high speed IR data transmission, 3D TV applications and light curtains.
