It is strongly recommended that these lamps are run with the dedicated LED driver. In some instances the lamps may run correctly with existing power supplies, but it is important to ensure that the required minimum wattage is reached. Use with the dedicated LED drivers is recommended for greatest longevity, compatibility and to avoid lamp flicker or strobing.
The 5W lamps will protrude from most fittings and are therefore unsuitable for enclosed fittings. Lamp life may be reduced if installed in sealed fittings. 3 year warranty valid only when these LED lamps are operated with the dedicated LED driver.
