Ensure you have a well-oiled machine with this grease nipple from SKF. It's designed for use with their LAGD, TLMR or TLSD series single-point automatic lubricators to keep your machinery running smoothly and efficiently. The straight orientation enables you to make optimal use of gravity to aid the flow of lubricant. A hex nut helps you to install the unit easily using a spanner. Female G1/4 and M8 x 1.25 male threads offer quick attachment to the lubricator and other SKF accessories, such as their G1/4 male tube connector (254-7588).

How does a grease nipple work?
When grease is forced through the nipple, it depresses a sprung ball bearing to allow the grease to flow. When the pressurised flow stops, it returns to a closed position, helping to regulate the amount of grease dispensed and keeping out impurities such as dirt and moisture.
