Fluke 1650 Series Multifunction Installation Testers
They allow electrical wiring to be certified to the new standard NF C 1500.

Measures voltage, frequency, insulation resistance, continuity, earth loop resistance, tripping time test.
The 1652 model also features trip current measurement (ramp) as well as DC current detection.
The 1653 model also measures earth resistance and features phase sequence indication (ES165X earth stake kit available separately).
Supplied with a carry case, mains test lead, test button probe (TP165X), manual, batteries and neck strap.
