Renesas, PS9513-AX DC Input Photodiode Output Photocoupler, Through Hole, 8-Pin DIP

The Renesas Electronics optically coupled isolators containing an AlGaAs LED on the input side and a photo diode and a signal processing circuit on the output side on one chip. It is designed specifically for high common mode transient immunity and low pulse width distortion. It is suitable for IPM drive.
