Tektronix TCP0020 Oscilloscope Probe, AC/DC Type, 50MHz

The Tektronix is a high-performance and easy-to-use AC/DC current probe designed for use with a variety of oscilloscopes. It can be used with any instrument with BNC inputs and greater than >100 kΩ input termination.
