50W Aluminium housed wirewound power resistors - THS50 Series

TE Connectivity THS series power resistors encapsulated in a silver aluminium housing and designed for heatsink mounting. The THS series power resistors are high quality, extremely stable and wire wound resistors capable of dissipating high power in a limited space with relatively low surface temperature through the aluminium housing to a specified heatsink.

Applications for the Tyco THS series include vehicle braking and balancing resistors, capacitor charging and discharging, crowbar, filters and general electrical machinery.
