Designed for use with portable testing instruments in the 6500 series, it comes with a built-in IEC socket on one end and mains plug on the other. You can use it when you're putting your cable through basic electric tests to measure earth bond resistance, insulation and polarity to check it's safe to use.

To carry out an IEC lead test on this adapter, plug it into the IEC socket and insert the connector into the integrated port. It's important to note that you can only carry out an IEC lead test with the PAT tester in single-test mode.
