RS PRO Polypropylene Plastic Film, 304 mm x 200 mm x 0.45 mm
This polypropylene plastic film is a strong and durable insulation solution in many industries. The electrical insulating film from RS PRO is made from a thin and lightweight thermoplastic, allowing it to be scored or folded easily without cracking or splitting.
With excellent dielectric strength of 1460V/mil, this flexible plastic film offers effective electrical insulation and its non-hygroscopic qualities mean it absorbs less than 0.1% of air moisture. It aids in shielding against electrical surges as it has resilient dielectric breakdown and a density of 1035 kg/m³. This film is 0.45 mm thick, with a length and width of 304 mm x 200 mm.
Flame-retardant and chemical-resistant, this plastic film is durable and is a robust and cost-effective choice in industrial environments. Recognised by world-leading safety tester Underwriters Laboratories (UL), it is safe for use in electrical systems.
