Weidmuller Double-Level Terminal Block, 6kV Impulse Withstand Voltage, 30 To 12AWG Wire Size - WDK Series - 1021500000

Join one or two conductors with this double-level terminal block from Weidmuller. Its two wire feeds enable you to connect complex equipment and circuits without the need for separate modules. As it's made from a Wemid thermoplastic material, it insulates your components against electrical damage and provides effective resistance to heat and wear. This material is also flame-retardant for safety in the event of a fire. Its rated impulse withstand voltage of 6kV means it can handle powerful spikes in voltage.

What type of DIN rail is this terminal block suitable for?

This double-level terminal block fits onto standard TS35 DIN rails. This means you can use it on top-hat rails for applications such as industrial and motor control circuits.

Double Deck Terminal

A 2 tier terminal, enabling higher density wiring on the rail. The WDK 2.5 is a standard feed through while the WDK 2.5V has a commoning bar connecting upper and lower tiers.

Features:

The ’W’ series screw clamp terminals are suitable for ’Top Hat’ DIN Rail and manufactured from nylon 6.6 which has a continuous temperature rating of 120°C (180°C short term). They are self-extinguishing to UL94V-0 and free from cadmium and halogen. Current bars are constructed from 10 mm electrolytic copper to ensure a current loading more than nominal rating. Terminals are suitable for mounting on symmetric ’Top Hat’ rail only (BS5584:1978, EN 50022) and are touch proof in accordance with BS 3042.
