STS21 Temperature Sensor IC, Sensirion

The STS21 CMOSens® based temperature sensor IC uses an I²C serial interface to communicate digital temperature readings. The STS21 also features an on-chip band gap temperature sensor, amplifier, A/D converter, OTP memory and a digital processing unit.

CMOSens® technology based chips enable a sensor to be combined with both analogue and digital circuits in a compact package.
