2025 INDIRECT PROCUREMENT REPORT

Produced by RS, in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), the 2025 Indirect Procurement Report outlines the core challenges in relation to supplies for maintenance, repair and operations (MRO). Explore the findings:

• A challenging landscape - Procurement continues to wrestle with significant issues, which include inflation, reduced operational budgets and risk.
• ESG takes centre stage - Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) has become part of business and strategy. Tactics for reducing carbon footprint, sustainable products and tools and techniques used for assessing suppliers, are explored.
