testo 405-V1 Mini Anemometer with Temperature
From Testo, the 405 thermal anemometer with a telescopic mount, designed for measuring air velocity, air temperature and volume flow. The micro-sized meter provides instant, accurate spot readings at ventilation ducts, windows, air grills and air outlets. Constructed from high-quality materials the robust anemometer is an ideal instrument for HVAC engineers, technicians, building controllers and installers.
Compact in design, the handheld anemometer uses a combination of hot-wire and NTC thermistor technology to deliver fast, reliable readings. The precise built-in sensors are able to detect the most subtle differences in air flow. The 405 anemometer records the flow speed, calculates the volumetric flow and measures the temperature. With a measuring range of 0 to +10 m/s the meter can even be used at very low speeds. With a probe that extends up to 300mm and a fully rotational head, the instrument is ideal for applications where measuring space is limited or hard to reach.
Only one control button makes the Testo 405 thermal anemometer extremely easy to use. With minimal effort, the user can select the function to be measured, and the unit the data is to be shown. The illuminated display can be swivelled into any position ensuring collected readings can easily be read, even in low light conditions. Additionally, the 405 anemometer features an integrated sensor protection unit. The delicate velocity sensor is protected by a simple twist of the probe stem, the protective cap closes eliminating the ingress of dust or debris.
