RN-171-XV 802.11b/g WiFi Modules


The RN-171-XV series from Microchip are certified IEEE 802.11b/g WiFi modules that incorporate a 32 bit SPARC processor, TCP/IP stack, real-time clock, crypto accelerator, power management unit and an analogue sensor interface. These modules are specially designed to allow the migration from existing 802.15.4 architecture to a more standard TCP/IP-based platform without the need for hardware redesign.
