ALWAYSE Ball Transfer Unit with 35mm diameter Rubber ball

Fragile materials such as glass sheet within manufacturing environments, and the movement of fragile sheet within other facilities requires special handling equipment. Alwayse Float-on Castors are specially designed to enable delicate polished fragile material (especially sheet material) to be moved smoothly, easily and without damage to the material involved. Bright Zinc Plated or Stainless Steel units are available.

Non-marking, easily-replaceable ball castor (polyurethane or rubber)
Easily-replaceable individual component parts, including stem, circlip and washers
Harder-wearing ball castor option (polyurethane in place of natural rubber)
Load rating of 15kg (Ø35mm castor ball) to 20kg (Ø50mm castor ball) per unit
