    RS PRO 1316 is a great value, high accuracy 2-channel digital thermometer for use with J, K, T, E, N, R and S-type thermocouples as a temperature sensor. A digital thermometer can measure temperature to a decimal point rather than a whole number meaning its results are more accurate.
