Product Details
Rittal Fan Filter, 289mm, Chemical Fibre - 3173100
Use this filter from Rittal in your air conditioning and ventilation fans. It's made of a chemical-based material and constructed into a mat with chopped fibres for high absorbency. The open structure on the intake side allows air to flow through, while the closed structure on the other side filters out particles as small as 10μm (micrometres). This makes it a reliable way of providing good ventilation while preventing small particles, such as pollen, lint and cement dust, from entering rooms and enclosures. Use it on devices such as industrial power distribution units and communications cabinets.

How often should a fan filter be replaced?
It's recommended that you change the fan filter at least every 2,000 operating hours. However, the level of dust exposure can increase or decrease over time, so it's best to check your filter at regular intervals and replace it as needed.
