Vega Vibrating Level Switch

The Vega vibrating level switch has a relay (DPDT) output. This level switch detects the minimum or maximum level reliably. The tuning fork is ideal for use in adhesive and abrasive products as well as in bulk solids with low density. It detects light bulk solids, even those down to 8g/L. The robust construction also makes it possible to use it in very heavy media. Vibrating Liquid/Solid Level Probes – Squings.

All of these probes are maintenance-free and have an external LED switch status indication.

Features and Benefits

The supply voltage ranging from 20VAC to 253VAC and 20VDC to 72VDC

Process fitting material is thread from G 1½ A or 1½ NPT

Easy setup without adjustment

Product-independent switching point

Rugged sensor construction

Insensitive to build-up and statically charged products

maintenance-free and does not wear

External LED switch

Housing material PBT (plastic)

Housing protection

Switching current is 400mA (maximum)

Blocking current is greater than 100μA
