The PIC18F24K40 and PIC18F25K40 from Microchip Technology are low power 8-bit microcontrollers with flash memory. These 28-pin devices combine eXtreme Low-Power (XLP) technology with large Flash/EE/RAM memory and rich peripheral integration to provide microprocessors ideal for a host of general purpose and low power applications.

PIC18 MCU core with 83 instructions, 31 stack levels

16KB (PIC18F24) or 32KB (PIC18F25) flash program memory
