The passive high impedance oscilloscope probe designed and calibrated for use on instruments with an input impedance of 1 MΩ shunted by 20 pF. It can also be adjusted to be used with instruments having an input capacitance of 10-30 pF. The probe features a three-position slide switch for selecting attenuation ratios of x1, x10, or a ground reference position. It is designed for use on low energy systems according to safety standard EN 61010-031, Category II.
