Si720x Series Hall Effect Magnetic Sensors

A range of Hall-effect magnetic sensors from Silicon Labs. The devices combine chopper-stabilized Hall elements, low-noise amplifiers, 13-bit ADCs and comparators to produce high precision magnetically activated switches. The device output changes state if the pre-programmed magnetic threshold is crossed, and the range includes versions with a tamper indication facility. Typical applications include security system magnetic detection, position sensing and revolution counting.

• Industry-leading sensitivity allows use with larger Air gaps and smaller magnets

• Low power consumption to improve operating life in battery powered applications

• Low voltage (1.7-5.5V) and High voltage (3.3-26.5V) versions

• Unipolar switching and Latch versions available

• Compact 3-pin SOT23 package

• AEC-Q100 Qualified for automotive applications
