The force sensitive resistor features a round, 0.5 inch diameter sensing area that varies its resistance based on applied pressure. With a resistance range of over 1MΩ when no pressure is applied, this sensor can detect forces between 100g-10kg. Ideal for pressure sensing applications, the FSR comes with peel-and-stick rubber backing for easy mounting and two bread board friendly pins for convenient setup.
