The Microchip PolarFire SoC device features an industrial temperature range from -40°C to 100°C TJ, an extended commercial temperature range from 0°C to 100°C TJ, an AECQ-100 qualified temperature range from -40°C to 125°C TJ, and a military temperature range from -55°C to 125°C TJ. These devices come with a standard speed grade STD and a -1 speed grade offering higher performance.
Single core supply VDD operates at 1.0V for lower power or 1.05V for higher performance
Transceiver core supply VDDA operates at 1.0V or 1.05V
