C8051F33x Small Form Microcontrollers, Silicon Labs


The Silicon Labs C8051F33x family of small MCUs are available in 20-pin and 24-pin packages with up to 16 kB flash, a 10-bit ADC and 10-bit DAC. A compatible one-time Programmable (OTP) EEPROM version is also available (C8051T63x).

An on-chip Power-On Reset, VDD monitor, Watchdog Timer and clock oscillator complete the MCU to make a true System-on-Chip solution. Flash memory can be reprogrammed, even in-circuit, providing non-volatile data storage, and enables field upgrades of the firmware. Using the software you have full control over all peripherals which you can shut down to save power.

Available in 4 x 4 mm 20-pin DIP, 20-pin QFN or 24-pin QFN packages. They are specified for 2.7 V to 3.6 V operation over the industrial temperature range (-45°C to +85°C).
