The DiodesZetex AP22653Q is a single-channel, precision, adjustable, current-limited switch optimized for applications that require accurate current limiting, or to provide up to 1.5A of continuous load current during heavy loads/short circuits. This device offers an adjustable current-limit threshold between 125 mA and 1735 mA (typ) via an external resistor. The current limit accuracy of ±7%. can be achieved at high current-limit settings. The rise and fall times are controlled to minimize current surges during turn on/off.
