Bosch Rexroth M6 Cross Connector Connecting Component, Strut Profile 28 mm, Groove Size D28mm

As a T-shaped cross-connector, it holds two tubes perpendicular to one another to form shelves and support beams. It does this by latching onto the 28mm thread of one tube while fitting around the second like a sleeve.
