Festo Series MS Filter Regulator, 0.50 to 12 bar Pressure Regulation, 5μm Filtration Size - MS6-LFR-AGF-D7-C-R-M-MPA, Numeric Part Number: 8232920

This filter regulator conditions compressed Air by removing condensate and regulating downstream pressure for industrial pneumatic systems. It combines particulate separation with pressure control and includes an analogue pressure gauge for local monitoring. Designed for inline or front-panel mounting, it is suitable for compressed Air and inert gases within typical workshop and factory environments where moderate corrosion resistance and food‑suitable materials are required.

Features and Benefits:

• 0.5 to 12 bar pressure range delivers adjustable downstream control
• 4000 L/min flow rate supports high‑throughput pneumatic systems
• 5 μm filtration reduces particulate entry to downstream equipment
• Manual rotating drain allows straightforward condensate removal
• Polycarbonate bowl with guard enables Visual level checks

Applications

• Suitable for machine tool Air supply conditioning
• Ideal for pneumatic control panels and cabinets
• Used with inert gas supply lines requiring regulated pressure
• Can be used for workshop compressed Air distribution
• Suitable for food‑industry preparatory Air systems

What operating temperatures can it tolerate?

It operates between -10 °C and 60 °C.

How is the device mounted in installations?

It supports front‑panel mounting, inline installation or use with accessories.

Which connection threads are provided for system integration?

Both pneumatic ports use G1 connections and the pressure gauge port uses G thread.

What materials contact the medium and how do they affect suitability?

The bowl is polycarbonate, Seals are NBR, diaphragm is NBR and the sub‑base and housing are die‑cast aluminium.

How does condensate separation perform and what is the bowl capacity?

It separates over 75% of condensate and holds up to 38 ml.
