The FAZ series of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) from Eatons xEffect range has a current limiting design providing fast short-circuit interruption that reduces the let-through electrical energy and overload currents that can damage the circuit.

Ideally suited to control circuits and electrical distribution boards the FAZ series of MCBs offer a wide range of diverse protection characteristics, protecting your electrical equipment against overload damage. For additional safety, the MCB breaker cannot be defeated by holding the handle in the ON position, these MCBs are also finger proof and have a trip-free mechanism.

These MCBs have both a thermal and electromagnetic release, with rated currents of 0.16 A up to 63 A and a switching capacity of 15kA or 10kA depending on the device type.

The FAZ series includes miniature circuit breakers, interlocks, busbars and snap-on accessories including auxiliaries and tripping modules.

Swiftly detect and isolate electrical faults in your circuit with this single-pole MCB (miniature circuit breaker) from Eaton. It's designed with thermal and electromagnetic release functions to break a circuit quickly when there are dangerous short-circuits and high currents. Thanks to its type C characteristic, it trips instantly when flow-through current reaches between 5 and 10 times its 3A rating. It's easy to see when the device has been triggered as the front status indicator turns from green to red.
